For what purpose and for how long will we process your personal data?

RONAMI will process your data as a user, manually and/or automatically, for the following specific purposes:

Maintaining your user status,

What categories of data do we process?

In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, RONAMI processes the following categories of data:

The user guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, being responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may arise as a result of the breach of this obligation.

In the event that the user provides data of third parties, they declare having their consent and undertake to convey the information contained in this clause, exempting RONAMI from any responsibility in this regard. However, RONAMI may carry out verifications to confirm this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.

When personal data is collected through the form, it will be necessary for you to provide at least those marked with an asterisk, as without these necessary data, RONAMI will not be able to accept and manage the requested web service or inquiry.

How long do we keep your data?

RONAMI will keep the personal data of users only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, as long as the consents granted are not revoked. Subsequently, if necessary, it will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods. The data will also be kept as long as the relationship of interest between you and RONAMI is maintained, and during the periods legally or contractually provided for the exercise of any action or claim available to the interested party or RONAMI.

In the case of data provided in relation to the submission of CVs for job offers you wish to subscribe to, they will be kept for one year from the date of the last update. After this period, without being updated, the data will be deleted unless you indicate otherwise.

From RONAMI’s commitment to the protection of personal data and the privacy of users, to protect the different types of data reflected in this privacy policy, it will carry out the necessary technical security measures to prevent their loss, manipulation, dissemination, or alteration.

RONAMI will process your Data in accordance with the security requirements applicable to data processing in accordance with art. 32 GDPR.
